Original German WWI GEW 98 Long Parade Bayonet by WKC with Frog and Knot Category_MG 34 Mounts but were not made byOriginal Item: Only One Available. This 1898 Bayonet has very fine nickel plated hilt mounts; the plating throughout is still 100% intact. The mortise and lock work well. The grip plates are of wood, being the 2nd Style. These plates have grooves cut into them to afford a good grip and are retained by a rivet and spanner. The scabbard is of fine leather that has been decorated with the usual pattern of twin lines.
